Assalammualaikum

The most successful teachers share some common characteristics. Here are the top six keys to being a successful teacher. Every teacher can benefit from focusing on these important qualities. Success in teaching, as in most areas of life, depends almost entirely on your attitude and your approach.

1. Sense of Humor

A sense of humor can help you become a successful teacher. Your sense of humor can relieve tense classroom situations before they become disruptions. A sense of humor will also make class more enjoyable for your students and possibly make students look forward to attending and paying attention. Most importantly, a sense of humor will allow you to see the joy in life and make you a happier person as you progress through this sometimes stressful career.

2. A Positive Attitutude

A positive attitude is a great asset in life. You will be thrown many curve balls in life and especially in the teaching profession. A positive attitude will help you cope with these in the best way. For example, you may find out the first day of school that you are teaching Algebra 2 instead of Algebra 1. This would not be an ideal situation, but a teacher with the right attitude would try to focus on getting through the first day without negatively impacting the students.

3. High Expectations

An effective teacher must have high expectations. You should strive to raise the bar for your students. If you expect less effort you will receive less effort. You should work on an attitude that says that you know students can achieve to your level of expectations, thereby giving them a sense of confidence too. This is not to say that you should create unrealistic expectations. However, your expectations will be one of the key factors in helping students learn and achieve.

4. Consistency

In order to create a positive learning environment your students should know what to expect from you each day. You need to be consistent. This will create a safe learning environment for the students and they will be more likely to succeed. It is amazing that students can adapt to teachers throughout the day that range from strict to easy. However, they will dislike an environment in which the rules are constantly changing.

5. Fairness

Many people confuse fairness and consistency. A consistent teacher is the same person from day to day. A fair teacher treats students equally in the same situation. For example, students complain of unfairness when teachers treat one gender or group of students differently. It would be terribly unfair to go easier on the football players in a class than on the cheerleaders. Students pick up on this so quickly, so be careful of being labelled unfair.

6. Flexibility

One of the tenets of teaching should be that everything is in a constant state of change. Interruptions and disruptions are the norm and very few days are ‘typical’. Therefore, a flexible attitude is important not only for your stress level but also for your students who expect you to be in charge and take control of any situation.

160,180 kerja kosong belum diisi

160,180 kerja kosong belum diisi

at Friday, March 11, 2011

2. 20% usaha, 80% mengeluh

5. Hentam semborono

Kata orang, malu bertanya, sesat jalan.

"I'm Yours"

Friday, March 11, 2011

Jason Mraz - I'm Yours lyrics | LyricsMode.com

Well you dawned on me and you bet I felt it

I tried to be chill but you're so hot that I melted

I fell right through the cracks

and now I'm trying to get back

Before the cool done run out

I'll be giving it my bestest

Nothing's going to stop me but divine intervention

I reckon its again my turn to win some or learn some

I won't hesitate no more, no more

It cannot wait, I'm yours

Well open up your mind and see like me

Open up your plans and damn you're free

Look into your heart and you'll find love love love

Listen to the music of the moment people dance and sing, we're just one big family.

It's our God-forsaken right to be loved love loved love love

So I won't hesitate no more, no more

It cannot wait I'm sure

There's no need to complicate

Our time is short

This is our fate, I'm yours

Do you want to, come on, scootch over closer dear

And I will nibble your ear

I've been spending way too long checking my tongue in the mirror

And bending over backwards just to try to see it clearer

But my breath fogged up the glass

And so I drew a new face and I laughed

I guess what I'll be saying is there ain't no better reason

To rid yourself of vanity and just go with the seasons

It's what we aim to do

Our name is our virtue

I won't hesitate no more, no more

It cannot wait I'm sure

There's no need to complicate

Our time is short

This is our fate, I'm yours

Well open up your mind and see like me

Open up your plans and damn you're free

Look into your heart and you'll find that the sky is yours

so please don't please don't please don't.

There's no need to complicate

'cause our time is short

This oh this oh this is our fate I'm yours

Oh I'm yours

I won't hesitate no more

Oh no more no more no more

It's our God-forsaken right to be loved, I'm sure

Theres no need to complicate

Our time is short

This is our fate, I'm yours

No I won't hesitate no more, no more

This cannot wait I'm sure

There's no need to complicate

Our time is short

This is our fate, I'm yours, I'm yours

Westlife - I Have A Dream

Artist: Westlife

Lyrics: I Have A Dream

Lirik I Have a Dream

I have a dream, a song to sing

To help me cope with anything

If you see the wonder of a fairy tale

You can take the future even if you fail

I believe in angels

Something good in everything I see

I believe in angels

When I know the time is right for me

I'll cross the stream - I have a dream

I have a dream, a fantasy

To help me through reality

And my destination makes it worth the while

Pushing through the darkness still another mile

I believe in angels

Something good in everything I see

I believe in angels

When I know the time is right for me

I'll cross the stream - I have a dream

I'll cross the stream - I have a dream

I have a dream, a song to sing

To help me cope with anything

If you see the wonder of a fairy tale

You can take the future even if you fail

I believe in angels

Something good in everything I see

I believe in angels

When I know the time is right for me

I'll cross the stream - I have a dream

I'll cross the stream - I have a dream

E-readers are good news for bookworms

PETALING JAYA: Good news for bookworms – you can now read up to 2,000 books or more at any one time.

This is made possible through the availability of many brands of electronic e-readers which are not only environmentially-friendly but space-saving too.

MPH Bookstores Sdn Bhd chief operating officer Donald Kee said e-readers could help resolve the problem of students having to lug heavy school bags.

“E-readers are popular in many advanced countries. It is common to see people reading them on public transport,” he told The Star.

In Malaysia, most buyers are urbanites aged between 25 and 35 years.

Malaysian Nature Society president Tan Sri Salleh Mohd Nor however said it is a misconception that e-readers protect forests because books are usually made from trees grown on plantations,

“We support e-readers as it’s good to use less paper.

“However, many older people might prefer reading from a traditional book,” he said.

Kee said MPH was looking at ways to promote e-readers. It expects sales of e-readers to hit RM1mil within the next year.

E-readers are priced between RM599 and RM1,299 each.

Maher Zain-Insya Allah

Every time

You feel like you cannot go on

You feel so lost and that you're so alone

All you see is night

And darkness all around

You feel so helpless you can't see which way to go

Don't despair

And never lose hope

'Cause Allah is always by your side

Chorus:

Insha Allah

Insha Allah

Insha Allah

You'll find your way

Every time

You commit one more mistake

You feel you can't repent and that it's way too late

You're so confused

Wrong decisions you have made

Haunt your mind and your heart is full shame

But don't despair

And never lose hope

Coz Allah is always by your side

Chorus

Turn to Allah

He's never far away

Put your trust in Him

Raise your hands and pray

Ya Allah

Guide my steps, don't let me go astray

You're the only one who can show me the way

Show me the way

Show me the way

Show me the way

InshaAllah

InshaAllah

InshaAllah

We'll find the way

Maher Zain - InsyaAllah (Malay Version) Lirik

Andainya kau rasa tak berupaya

Hidup sendirian tiada pembela

Segalanya suram

Bagai malam yang kelam

Tiada bantuan tiada tujuan

Janganlah berputus asa

Kerana Allah bersamamu

Chorus

Insya Allah Insya Allah Insya Allah

Ada jalannya

Insya Allah Insya Allah Insya Allah

Ada jalannya

Andainya dosamu berulang lagi

Bagai tiada ruang untuk kembali

Dikau keliru atas kesilapan lalu

Membelenggu hati dan fikiranmu

Janganlah berputus asa

Kerana Allah bersamamu

Repeat Chorus

Kembalilah

Kepada Yang Esa

Yakin padaNya

Panjatkanlah doa

Oh Ya Allah

Pimpinlah daku dari tersasar

Tunjukkan daku ke jalan yang benar

Jalan yang benar

Jalan yang benar

Jalan yang benar

Morning Glory Lyrics Artist(Band):Oasis

All your dreams are made
When you're chained to the mirror like a razor blade
Today's the day that all the world will see
Another sunny afternoon
Walking to the sound of my favourite tune
Tomorrow never knows what it doesn't know too soon
Need a little time to wake up
Need a little time to wake up wake up
Need a little time to wake up
Need a little time to rest your mind
You know you should so I guess you might as well
What's the story morning glory
Well
Need a little time to wake up wake up
Well
What's the story morning glory
Well
Need a little time to wake up
Wake up
All your dreams are made
When you're chained to the mirror like a razor blade
Today's the day that all the world will see
Another sunny afternoon
Walking to the sound of my favourite tune
